We are a locally based bus company operating an extensive network of services from the west side of Wigan, across Leigh, Horwich and parts of Bolton and as far east as the Trafford Centre. In 12 years we have grown from 2 to 45 buses by offering reliable and value for money services. Many of our services are operated commercially without any subsidy from local councils and they rely on your continued use to survive. We are always interested in hearing passenger suggestions for improvements to our routes and likewise if you have a problem with any of our services please tell us - we can't monitor all our buses all of the time, but we do want to know of any genuine issues that arise with the service we provide.

Our fleet is one of the most modern in the North West with an average fleet age of just 6.5 years (compared to a national average of 8.5 years) and 95% of our services are operated by fully accessible low floor buses with ample space for buggies and wheechairs. We spent over £0.6m on new buses in 2010 and will continue to update our fleet. Our drivers all undergo regular training which includes practical 'on road' training in safe and fuel efficient driving, disability awareness and health and safety. In addition all our vehicles are fitted with an on-board monitoring system to record the standard of driving.

We endeavour to operate all our services reliably and on time, but unfortunately the chronic traffic congestion in the Wigan & Leigh areas (which is the worst in Greater Manchester) does sometimes result in severe traffic delays and unavoidable disruption to some services. Similarly our services to the Trafford Centre can sometimes be affected by severe traffic problems on the M60. To help alleviate these problems all our buses are fitted with GPS trackers which enable us to monitor any problems in real time and take action to keep services running as reliably as possible.
